HealthierHere is pleased to announce that we have been selected to participate in Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH)’s Mentor Program.
The DASH Mentor Program is a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and includes a 10-month mentorship to advance our local efforts to share and use multi-sector data to improve community health. We will connect with communities from around the country through All In: Data for Community Health, a peer-to-peer learning network that builds local capacity to systematically combine health data with data from other sectors like education, social services, and housing to acquire a more complete picture of the factors that influence health.
Our mentorship cohort will be led by HealthInfoNet with a focus on integrating Social Determinants of Health data with clinical data. Topics will include investigating existing technical capacity, assessing current resources available, and exploring how multi-sector data will be used in day-to-day workflows. HealthierHere will make meaningful connections with leaders in the field to accelerate learning and make significant progress towards aligning multi-sector partners around data-driven approaches that promote health equity.
This is an exciting opportunity that will help us spread the impact of our innovations on the health and well-being of our community, and we look forward to sharing information and updates on our progress.
