Since July 2020, 75+ clinical and community partners have been actively contributing input on the Connect2 Community Network, the Community Information Exchange (CIE) being collectively developed by and for the people of King County, WA. The Draft Plan incorporates this aggregated input and includes relevant best practices from other CIEs across the country. It is now available for review and comments until November 30, 2020 at 5pm.
