HealthierHere is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure the services of a prime contractor to implement and operate the technical solution for  Connect2 Community Network, a county-wide community information exchange (CIE) in King County, WA.

Bidders are to: 

• Review the  Connect2 Community Network Unified Network Infrastructure RFP. Update – Minimium Viable Product date has been clarified in the RFP. The RFP includes: background, process, timeline, instructions, and scope. 
• View the Bidders Conference slides here and responses to questions here.
• Email proposals to Lisa Watanabe, lwatanabe@healthierhere.org, by 5:00 pm Pacific Time on September 20, 2021. Read receipt is recommended. Use the following templates:

  • Cost Proposal Template
