The Harborview Behavioral Health Institute, in partnership with the Washington State Health Care Authority, is conducting a survey to learn how well community members have been able to receive mental and behavioral health services during COVID-19. They are also interested in knowing how well those services have worked from the client/patient perspective, including any barriers encountered. This information will help the agencies work to improve services for all people in Washington.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and responses are anonymous. The survey is live now and available in 10 languages via a drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the first page.

The results from this survey will be used to guide the evolution of telehealth services, address access and inform policy for telehealth service delivery in Washington State.  As a result, it is important to capture data from a diverse population of individuals across the state – including those who are receiving behavioral health services and those who have experienced barriers to using telehealth.
