(from event page) Recently, the Center of Excellence and partners from Montefiore Health Systems discussed a continuum-based general health framework created in partnership with the National Council for Behavioral Health. This framework is designed to help behavioral health clinics develop a locally tailored and site-specific action plan, prioritize their actions, and identify resources for implementation, and leave with practical guidance on advancing integration.
Join us to continue the conversation on the importance of using this framework to advance general health integration in behavioral health settings, and to learn from others during our CoE Office Hours session on Thursday, December 3rd, from 3:00-4:00pm ET. This Office Hour will also promote the launch of a new Learning Collaborative focused on the General Health Integration Framework.
