Connect2 Community Network is a regional collaborative working to build a community-owned and managed community information exchange (CIE) to improve care coordination in our region. We invite you to participate in this collaborative long-term effort.

• Is a unified network across health and human services providers
• Is owned and governed by the community
• Serves the needs of the community
• Includes interoperability between technology platforms
• Operates as a public utility

These goals reflect the shared regional CIE vision that partners co-developed in 2019.

All are welcome to join the Network Partner Workgroup. Meetings include a broad range of multi-sector partners actively collaborating with one another to provide critical input and shape the developing CIE.

HealthierHere — along with its partners Crisis Connections and WA Serves, and with support from the King County Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy — are leading the development of the Connect2 Community Network and, as such, coordinate related workgroup activities.
