Join partners Housing Development Consortium, HealthierHere, and Public Health – Seattle & King County, for a webinar on quantifying connections between health and housing, via Medicaid and Medicare claims data, to better understand resident health needs. In this session, housing providers and public health experts will share insights from building cross-sector health and housing partnerships that inform program planning and evaluate interventions.

Come and learn from Public Health – Seattle & King County, King County Housing Authority, and Seattle Housing Authority about the process of linking the data, the data products created so far, future plans for the project, and how this work fits in with other data linkage initiatives and with HealthierHere’s Medicaid Transformation initiatives.
