Examining the Impact of COVID-19 Stressors on Caregiver Mental Health: A Deeper Look at How the Nation has Shifted Services and How that has Affected Caregivers
(from event page) The National Council for Behavioral Health Interest Group Initiative invites you to join the conversation by participating in a national forum around caregiver mental health. We will take a deeper look at the national landscape of COVID-19 impact on caregivers as well as share strategies on mindfulness and selfcare for providers and their teams to consider.
This forum will engage you in conversation with Dr. Joe Parks, Vice President, Practice Improvement & Medical Director and Joan King, Integrated Health Sr. Consultant. Both will lead the dynamic discussion identifying national trends and taking a closer look at self-care. Please join and come prepared to share what is happening in your community including both the stressors of COVID-19 and ways you have managed that stress and compassion fatigue.
