(from event page) In the last several months, we have seen a drastic boom in telehealth usage due to the circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic. If the current state of telehealth is any indicator for the future, we may see a future expansion in all areas of digital care beyond the traditional four walls. Has health consumer behavior truly changed enough to continue this trend even past the pandemic or will they revert to old ways? Also, what do we do when telemedicine simply is not enough?

Let’s assume this boom is here to stay and digital care will continue to evolve and grow. How do we ensure that digital health solutions do not leave any patients behind? Through more advanced AI solutions and innovative payer/provider collaborations, we can better identify and address specific SDoH challenges to make sure that all populations are cared for in this new digital-first era.
