Public Health – Seattle & King County’s Health Care for the Homeless Network (HCHN) will be conducting a procurement process in starting in February 2021 for the next 3-year federal grant period covering calendar years 2022, 2023, and 2024. This competitive funding process will include 5.4 million dollars in annual funding from a variety of local and federal sources to provide a wide array of health care and related supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

The RFP will be released February 25, 2021. An informal information session will be held prior to release via Zoom (see info below):

After the RFP is released, there will also be bidders’ conference held via Zoom on Thursday, March 4th and Tuesday, March 9th, with call-in details included in the RFP document. Technical assistance is available in the application process to smaller organizations, details can be found in the RFP. Applications will be due Friday, April 9, 2020.
