In partnership with HealthierHere, the UW AIMS Center presents a webinar on Patient Activation for Depression. This webinar is ideal for non-licensed medical, behavioral, and community service staff working directly with patients/clients who have depressive symptoms.
During this webinar, Dr. Patrick Raue, Associate Director for Evidence-Based Psychosocial Interventions at the University of Washington AIMS Center, will present strategies for:
- Working with patients experiencing depressive symptoms
- Helping patients establish a weekly plan
- Evaluating the outcome of patients’ efforts
Following the webinar there will be an opportunity to enroll in smaller group coaching calls to further learn to apply patient activation with patients you work with.
Who should attend: Care coordinators, patient navigators, case managers, and Health Homes staff.
