Providing services to vulnerable populations such as those experiencing mental illness, homelessness, incarceration, and co-occurring conditions can be stressful for the service provider. One can not adequately provide services for others if they are not in practicing self-care. This webinar will present self-care strategies that Supportive Housing staff can use immediately to enhance their wellness.
