1099 forms have been sent to partner organizations that received funding from HealthierHere in 2020.
If your organization received $600 or more from HealthierHere in 2020, you will receive a 1099 form from Public Consulting Group (PCG), the Financial Executor (FE) contracted by the WA State Health Care Authority.
