About Connect2 Community Network
Connect2 Community Network is a new cross-sector collaborative in King County, WA. Its goal is to strengthen the coordination of care for those in need by connecting people, service organizations, and community partners more quickly and more effectively – resulting in a healthier, more equitable community for all. It will serve as the community information exchange (CIE) for our region.

New Advisory Group
A new multi-sector Advisory Group is being established to serve as the governing body for this work. The Advisory Group will have 22-30 members representing perspectives from multiple sectors including providers, payers, community, social service, information & referral, tribal, first responders, philanthropy, criminal justice, and others.

HealthierHere, along with our partners Crisis Connections and WA Serves, are leading the development of the Connect2 Community Network and, as such, are helping facilitate the creation of this new Advisory Group.
