Update 3.1.21 – Due to a change in the availability of PPE from HCA, HealthierHere is no longer able to process PPE supply orders. For additional resources, please see our COVID Resource Hub and/or King County’s Face Covering Distribution page.
Original post:
Between August 26, 2020 and October 15, 2020, HealthierHere distributed 338,000 face coverings to 48 organizations serving the King County community.
Thanks to our partnership with the Washington State Health Care Authority, HealthierHere continues to help local health and social service organizations access the personal protective equipment (PPE) they need. We currently have adult and child size face coverings available for immediate distribution. We’re also excited to share our new order form that organizations can use to request supplies – including cloth, KN95 and N95 face coverings; surgical gloves and gowns – free of charge for local organizations in need of PPE for their staff, clients, and/or for distribution in community. View the items available for request here.
Need Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)?
You can request a supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) for your organization and/or the people you serve. Orders are free of charge, courtesy of the partnership between HealthierHere and the WA State Health Care Authority (HCA).
Health and social service organizations that serve King County, WA residents may request PPE via HealthierHere. Partners of HealthierHere are encouraged to submit requests; however, your organization does not need to be a current partner to receive PPE. All orders will require in-person pick-up from northwest Seattle, WA, using appropriate precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
