We are canceling the August 16 Partner Summit and want to remind you that there is no Partner Summit in September. Please look for an invitation to register for the October Partner Summit in the coming weeks.
Starting in October, the Partner Summits will become a forum to support our partners as they make the transition to whole-person care in a value-based payment environment. We plan to invite providers from across our region to share best practices, lessons learned, and work in progress. We will be developing a schedule of topics, which we will share in advance so that you can plan your attendance based on topics of interest. We welcome ideas on topics that would be most valuable to you and relevant to your work. Please email your suggestions to info@healthierhere.org.
